How to tell it from the other five
Gold Feathertail is the special juvenile case, represented by Andarna and Violet Sorrengail’s early bond context. It should not be compared to the adult battle-dragon assumptions behind Tairn, Sgaeyl, or the Swordtail rows. The feather tail is the differentiator, while the gold color is not a promise of time-related power. This page therefore labels the signet direction as possibility and rule-breaking, never as an official reveal.
Feathertail is a juvenile/special-case frame in the books; do not read gold as a standard adult den.
